Non-Academic Grievances/Incidents: Your safety and wellbeing matter to us.

If you experience or witness behaviour that is concerning or unacceptable, you can report it to the Student Affairs Office or submit an Incident Reporting Form. 

We take all non-academic grievances and incidents seriously and will take appropriate action to help maintain a safe and inclusive campus environment for everyone.

Items/Equipment Loan: Need equipment for your event? We may be able to help.

Selected equipment, including walkie-talkies, scoreboards, and first aid kits, is available for student events.

Students organising events may loan available equipment from the Student Affairs Office to support their event planning and execution.

Sains@USM Basketball Court: Ready to hit the court?

The Student Affairs Office manages bookings for the Sains@USM Basketball Court. Students can book the court through our online booking form.

Health and Emergency Service: Not feeling well or need First Aid? We’re here to help.

If you are feeling unwell, have an injury, or need First Aid, please visit the Student Affairs Office for assistance. Our trained staff will provide the necessary support.

For emergencies requiring immediate medical attention, please seek appropriate emergency medical assistance.
