Feedback: We welcome and value your feedback. You can submit your feedback through our online form, or you may approach us personally to discuss any concerns or suggestions.

Non-Academic Grievances/Incidents: At SAO, we take all non-academic grievances and incidents seriously. If you experience or witness any behavior that may be concerning or unacceptable, you may report it to us or file an Incident Reporting Form. We will take appropriate action to ensure that our campus remains a safe and inclusive space for everyone. (Note:  To access the form, it is necessary to sign in using your INTI Student Email account.)

Items/Equipment Loan: SAO offers equipment such as walkie-talkies, score boards, and first aid kits for event purposes. You may loan these items from our office to facilitate your event planning and execution.

Sains@USM Sports Facilities: Our office also manages booking for basketball courts, tennis courts, futsal courts, and sports fields. You can easily book these facilities through our online form.

Health and Emergency Service: If you are feeling unwell, injured, or in need of First Aid, please don't hesitate to visit our office for assistance. Our trained staff will provide you with the necessary care to ensure your well-being.
