INTIMA

Strive To Serve in Excellence

Welcome to INTIMA, the student government of INTI International College Penang (IICP).

Derived from the Latin word “innermost,” INTIMA represents our commitment to being at the heart of student life. We work with students, faculty, and administration to provide students with a platform to share their ideas, raise concerns, and contribute to a better campus experience.

Beyond student representation, INTIMA creates opportunities for students to connect, get involved, discover their interests, and grow throughout their college journey.

Our goal is to give a voice to all IICP students by serving as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration. INTIMA acts as an important channel for communication, allowing students to express their concerns and ideas and work together to create a better learning environment.

We organize various events and activities throughout the year to promote student engagement and foster a sense of community. We are dedicated to enhancing the student experience by advocating for student rights and creating opportunities for personal and academic growth.

What We Do

Welcome & Student Representation

Starting college is a big step, and INTIMA is here to help make the transition easier. From orientation programmes to campus-wide recruitment activities, we welcome new students, help them discover their community, and encourage them to get involved in campus life.

Campus Celebrations

There’s always something to celebrate at IICP. INTIMA organises cultural and festive activities that bring students together, celebrate our diversity, and create opportunities to make new friends and lasting memories.

Student Wellbeing

Your wellbeing matters. INTIMA organises activities and initiatives that encourage students to take a break, connect with others, and maintain a healthy balance throughout their college journey.

Clubs & Societies

INTIMA works closely with our affiliated clubs and societies to support their activities and encourage more students to get involved. Whether you want to explore a new interest, develop your skills, or meet like-minded people, there’s a community for you.
